Matthias Untisz is Chief Financial Officer at Nuclide Tx, where he leads financial strategy, fundraising, and corporate structuring to support the company’s clinical development and scale-up.
He is an economist (MBA) and commercial lawyer (LL.M.) with over 20 years of experience advising companies across the full business lifecycle, including start-up formation, financing, growth, and restructuring.
Matthias is the Founder and Managing Director of Untisz & Coll., a consultancy specialising in start-up management, financing strategy, and product development. Through this role, he has supported multiple companies in securing funding, structuring investment rounds, and navigating complex financial and regulatory environments.
In addition to his commercial experience, he holds academic positions at the Brandenburg University of Technology Cottbus (BTU), where he lectures in business economics, tax sciences, and entrepreneurship, and serves as Interinstitutional Research Coordinator.
